WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Researching community members' needs (via deep interviews, surveys) and building a community development strategy.
- Moderating Slack channels and creating community content: announcements, news, digests, discussions, etc.
- Generating and implementing new formats for member interaction.
- Organizing internal activities and events (online and offline, in Ukraine and possibly abroad).
- Supporting the operational processes of the community.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Have 2+ years of experience in communications / project management / learning & development.
- Have strong copywriting skills, are fluent in Ukrainian, and speak English at Intermediate+ level.
- Know how to identify people’s needs and understand what content really “works”.
- Have experience organizing events.
- Possess exceptional literacy, attention to detail, creative thinking, systematic approach, and great communication skills.
- Can work with deadlines and are not afraid of new challenges.
