  • We are currently looking for a Case Filing Specialist to join the Solvy business, which is developing a full-cycle online platform for working with legal, financial, and personal documents.

In the role of Case Filing Specialist, you will:

  • Reviewing documents submitted by clients for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with specific U.S. state requirements.
  • Formatting and preparing final document packages for submission to courts (electronically or via partner postal services).
  • Tracking the status of submitted documents in the internal system (CRM).
  • Providing clients with brief instructions or clarifications (via email or chat, without legal consultation).
  • Working with the internal Knowledge Base and continuously updating knowledge of procedures across different states.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Strong proficiency in English (B2 level or higher, both written and spoken).
  • High attention to detail, responsibility, and patience.
  • Basic document-handling skills and analytical thinking.
  • Experience in customer support or client services is a plus.
  • Participation in Work & Travel programs, international studies, or internships abroad is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn and work with a large volume of materials (Knowledge Base, templates, procedures).
