Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support our product team in the dynamic and fast-evolving iGaming domain. In this freelance role, you’ll act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and development teams — turning business needs into structured, actionable requirements. Your insights will directly influence product decisions and help deliver impactful, user-oriented solutions. You’ll contribute to streamlining development processes, ensuring product alignment with business objectives, and enabling clear communication across cross-functional teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Support Product Owners with providing the development team with detailed requirements.
  • Collaborate with business representatives & other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with members of the development team and stakeholders.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to the platform and development/testing processes.
  • Creating internal business analysis processes, implementing best practices.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Ability to estimate work scope, plan time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience working with business requirements and building business processes.
  • Strong skills in creating documentation (WBS, user stories, DoD).
  • Experience working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc).
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical tasks and control their implementation.
  • Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban).
  • Will be a plus:
  • Work experience in the iGaming area.
  • Experience working with SEO.
  • Personal qualities:

  • Ability to work autonomously.

  • Flexibility.
