WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Plan, execute, and oversee app development from concept to launch.
- Define project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Manage Agile/Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and QA testers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Define app features, user stories, and roadmap.
- Ensure seamless UI/UX in collaboration with designers.
- Monitor app performance and optimize for user retention.
- QA testing.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- App Development Lifecycle Knowledge – Understanding of iOS & Android app development.
- Basic UX/UI Principles – Ability to work with designers and understand wireframes.
- Project Management Tools – Jira.
- Basic understanding of ASO strategies & analytics will be a plus.
- Financial Planning & Budgeting – Managing app development and marketing costs.
- Leadership & Team Coordination – Managing cross-functional positions.
- App Store Algorithm Understanding – Keeping up with Google Play and App Store algorithm changes for successful releases.
- Problem-Solving Mindset – Quickly resolving technical & operational issues.
- Excellent Communication – Clear collaboration with developers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Time Management & Prioritization – Handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical Thinking – Making data-driven decisions.
- Attention to Detail – Ensuring app quality and compliance.
- Customer-Centric Approach – Understanding user pain points and needs.
- Creativity & Innovation – Finding new ways to improve app engagement.
