In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Design conversion-focused websites and landing pages for international products.
- Build AI-powered design production workflows.
- Automate repetitive design tasks, including resizes, localization, theming, and component creation.
- Develop scalable design systems and reusable workflows.
- Use AI tools for visual generation, content, and rapid prototyping.
- Prototype in code when it accelerates product validation and experimentation.
- Define quality standards for AI-generated design assets.
- Analyze A/B test results and improve designs based on data.
Must-have experience:
- 3+ years of experience in product or web design.
- Strong portfolio with shipped products or landing pages.
- Advanced Figma skills (components, variables, tokens, plugins).
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in design workflows.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-powered design processes.
- Experience with APIs, automation platforms, or no-code/low-code tools is a plus.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Understanding of product metrics, A/B testing, and CRO principles.
- Systems thinking, ownership, and a results-driven mindset.
