This is a new iGaming project launching on a proprietary in-house platform developed by a team with deep expertise in iGaming. The platform was built by a team with nearly 10 years of hands-on experience in iGaming operations, including working with solutions such as SoftSwiss and other platforms. After years of using ready-made solutions, the team developed its own platform and is now launching a new brand on top of it. We are looking for an AI Graphic Designer who can quickly create and scale high-converting creatives for product, CRM, and push channels. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Creating a large volume of creatives for product, CRM, and push channels while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining production pace.
- Designing visuals for the website, hero sections, bonus cards, promotions, and banner systems in required formats.
- Preparing CRM creatives for email campaigns with proper text hierarchy, high readability, and adaptation to email formats.
- Creating push creatives with a strong focus on fast visual perception and mobile readability.
- Working with AI tools for the generation and variation of visuals and refining them to production-ready quality.
- Building and maintaining node-based pipelines in Weavy AI or ComfyUI, optimizing workflows for speed and consistency in style.

- Working in Figma, creating and maintaining components, libraries, and templates for scalable production.
- Keeping files and sources well-structured, ensuring clear naming conventions, version control, and fast handover to the team.
- Improving creative quality and conversion rates based on feedback and performance results, systematically enhancing visual solutions.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- A confident graphic designer with a strong visual taste, solid composition and typography skills, and the ability to create clean, mobile-first creatives.
- Experience creating product visuals for websites, CRM materials, and push notifications, with a clear understanding of format, size, and channel limitations.
- High production speed and the ability to consistently deliver a large volume of creatives within tight deadlines.
- A strong AI workflow, including generating visuals and refining them to production quality while maintaining style consistency across series.
- Experience working with node-based processes and pipelines in Weavy AI or ComfyUI.
- Confident work in Figma, including creating and maintaining libraries, components, and templates for scalable production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for final polishing, compositing, and retouching.
- Ability to quickly scale a single concept into multiple variations without losing quality.
- Strong system thinking and production discipline, with clean source files, clear structure, understandable naming, and efficient asset handover.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new tools, adapt approaches, and continuously improve processes.
