We’re looking for an AI-Driven QA Specialist who will integrate AI into QA processes, experiment with modern AI/LLM tools, and help improve product quality across our projects. If you have strong manual QA experience and are excited about applying AI in testing — we’d love to meet you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Integrating AI into QA processes.
- Implementing AI-powered tools to support manual testing.
- Using LLMs to generate test cases, checklists, and test documentation.
- Analyzing testing results with the help of AI.
- Experimenting with new AI-driven approaches and tools.
- As part of the QA team, you will also handle tasks assigned by the QA Tech Lead, including:
- Analyzing testing processes across projects.
- Communicating with cross-functional teams (PM, DEV, QA).
- Working with quality metrics.
- Handling operational QA tasks.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- 3+ years of experience in manual testing.
- Strong understanding of QA processes and the SDLC.
- Experience working with test documentation.
- Hands-on experience using AI/LLM solutions in QA.
- Ability to clearly formulate requirements and questions.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- English proficiency at B2+ level.
- Nice to have:
- Experience optimizing QA processes.
- Experience in a QA Lead / QA Owner role.
- Basic understanding of test automation (even without hands-on coding).
