Affiliate manager
We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to strengthen our team and support the scaling of our projects in the iGaming niche. We are a media buying team with years of experience in performance marketing, currently expanding our business through traffic source diversification. If you want to influence key processes, work with high traffic volumes, and grow together with a strong team — we’d be happy to meet you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Discussing deals.
- Scaling campaigns.
- Launching tests.
- Discussing exclusive terms.
- Maintaining relationships with partners.
- Searching for new offers.
- Registering an account in the affiliate program.
- Setting up postbacks.
- Setting up an offer in Keitaro.
- Adding a brand to WordPress.
- Adding and maintaining brand cards in Jira.
- Ability to distribute traffic between buyers within one campaign in the affiliate program.
- Traffic breakdown between buyers and recording it in the monthly checking table.
- Synchronizing this process with the financial manager.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- At least 1 year of experience in iGaming.
- Experience working with Keitaro.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Understanding of traffic sources (PPC, ASO, UAC).
- Ability to work with different affiliate software (Affilka, Referon, NetRefer, etc.).
- Experience in selling traffic.
- Understanding of key metrics (CPA, Hybrid, RS, CR, CAC).
- Personal qualities:
