Affiliate Manager
We are currently looking for an Affiliate Manager who can build strong partner relationships, launch and scale campaigns, and confidently work with data. We are a media buying team with extensive experience in performance marketing, operating in the iGaming niche and actively scaling our business through traffic source diversification.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Discussing cooperation terms with partners.
- Scaling advertising campaigns.
- Launching test campaigns.
- Negotiating exclusive terms and conditions.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with partners.
- Searching for and launching new offers.
- Registering accounts in affiliate programs.
- Setting up postbacks.
- Setting up offers in Keitaro.
- Adding brands to the CRM system.
- Creating and maintaining brand cards in Jira.
- Distributing traffic between media buyers within a single campaign in the affiliate program.
- Recording traffic distribution between buyers in monthly reconciliation tables.
- Synchronizing financial processes with the finance manager.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- At least 1 year of experience in iGaming.
- Hands-on experience with Keitaro.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Understanding of traffic sources (PPC, ASO, UAC, SEO, Facebook, in-app).
- Experience working with affiliate software (Affilka, Referon, NetRefer, etc.).
- Experience in traffic sales.
- Understanding of key affiliate metrics and models: CPA, Hybrid, RevShare, CR, CAC.
