WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Fully coordinate operations of 2 offices in Ukraine (Kyiv, Lviv) and a coworking space in Warsaw, including ensuring continuity, developing and updating policies and rules, analyzing performance indicators, and generating improvement proposals.
- Open new offices / close existing ones according to company needs, communicate with landlords, sign lease agreements, and work with suppliers and contractors.
- Control over the accounting of office material resources and inventory taking.
- Organize and manage the work of the administrative team.
- Manage functional areas: Travel, Helpdesk, Administrative (including Security, Cleaning).
- Handle administrative requests from the company’s business units.
- Plan, monitor, analyze, and optimize the budget.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative management position managing a team of 5+ people in an IT company.
- Experience developing, improving, and optimizing administrative processes.
- Experience managing administrative projects.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English (spoken and written).
- Experience managing office spaces in different locations (preferably in different countries).
- Experience launching and managing new functional directions from scratch.
- Experience opening new offices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience in budget planning, expense tracking, and financial analysis.
- Strategic thinking.
