Account Manager
We are looking for an Account Manager to build and maintain strong partnerships within the affiliate marketing ecosystem. In this role, you will support existing partners, coordinate day-to-day operations, and ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams and external partners. Your contribution will help strengthen long-term partnerships and drive sustainable business growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Manage existing partners end-to-end: daily communication, retention.
- Keep existing partner data up to date.
- Set up deals (partner brief, documenting agreements: payments, attribution windows, data access, campaign setup and creation in Keitaro, postback setup: monitor execution).
- Notify the Business Development team about the potential to change terms within the existing partner pool.
- Monitor traffic quality (data from the partner's account – profitability), inform the Media Buyer about changes/deterioration.
- Control debts for assigned partners: collection, payment control, document management.
- Conduct reconciliations (ensure the same data on both our side and the partner's side).
- Monitor caps: track when the limit is reached, notify buyers, coordinate further actions depending on the buyer's decision.
- Communicate with partners regarding landing pages.
- Communicate with buyers regarding requests related to existing partners and offers.
- Support and assist the Business Development team in closing deals (preparation of statistics, information sources for negotiations).
- Conferences: preparation of the Business Development team, providing the necessary information and data.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Experience as an Affiliate Manager / Account Manager / Partner Manager in iGaming or affiliate marketing.
- Understanding of affiliate marketing principles: payment models, attribution windows, caps.
- Experience with Keitaro or similar trackers.
- Understanding of traffic profitability metrics and the ability to analyze data from partner accounts.
- Negotiation and partner communication skills.
- Experience with document management and accounts receivable control.
- Ability to work with a large amount of information and prioritize tasks.
- Confident use of Excel / Google Sheets.
- English — a level sufficient for communication with partners (if required).
