  • As an Account Manager on the affiliate side, your main mission is to ensure accurate tracking, and optimal performance across our portfolio of sites. Leveraging the expertise of a strong, proactive affiliate team, you will manage brand integrations, referral links, and affiliate networks while ensuring all campaigns are structured for maximum efficiency and revenue.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Affiliate Account Management:
  • Handle the full cycle of affiliate account processing, including registration, maintenance, and ongoing support.
  • Referral Link Creation:
  • Generate and manage referral links for partners and internal teams.
  • Brand Integration in Voonix:
  • Add new brands to Voonix software and perform daily monitoring to ensure accurate tracking and performance reporting.
  • Daily Campaign Linking:
  • Link and update campaigns daily to maintain accurate attribution and data consistency.
  • Issue Resolution in Voonix:
  • Monitor, identify, and resolve issues related to blocked or inactive accounts in Voonix to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Updating referral and tracking links when domains or pages are blocked.
  • Keitaro Tracker Responsibilities (in collaboration with Product Team).
  • Update and replace referral (tracking) links across campaigns and traffic sources when requested by partners or required by internal operations.
  • Verify correct URL parameters (including click IDs and sub-IDs) to ensure accurate tracking.
  • Manage link versions to prevent tracking breaks and ensure continuity of data.
  • Offer and Flow Creation - create, configure, and update offers within Keitaro, including payout types, caps, GEO targeting, and required parameters.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates of all brands, networks, and referral links in the Brand CRM.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • English: Upper-intermediate.
  • Experience with affiliate tracking tools (e.g., Voonix, Cellxpert, SoftSwiss, Netrefer, Income Access).
  • Understanding of tracking links, postbacks, referral structures, and how they map to brands/networks.
  • Keitaro (or similar tracker) experience is a plus.
  • Writing & maintaining documentation.
  • Correct description of tasks according to the requirements of the stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify inconsistencies or missing information and request clarification from relevant teams.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of data.
