  • As an Account Manager (Client Success & Support), you will be our existing clients' primary point of contact and play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that align with client goals through video calls, email, and messenger platforms.
  • Monitor project performance and profitability using key metrics, and apply strategic adjustments when needed.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends to improve project and client management approaches.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve technical or operational issues efficiently.
  • Manage ongoing communication with clients, including: Sharing promotional offers and service updates; discussing new orders and clarifying specific order requirements.
  • Lead regular internal meetings to communicate project updates and collect feedback.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Experience as a Support / Account / Project Manager.
  • Experience in IGaming, CBD, Crypto, Fintech, or SaaS industries.
  • Familiarity with SEO practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Pipedrive.
  • Highly responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable.
