WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that align with client goals through video calls, email, and messenger platforms.
- Monitor project performance and profitability using key metrics, and apply strategic adjustments when needed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends to improve project and client management approaches.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve technical or operational issues efficiently.
- Manage ongoing communication with clients, including: Sharing promotional offers and service updates; discussing new orders and clarifying specific order requirements.
- Lead regular internal meetings to communicate project updates and collect feedback.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Experience as a Support / Account / Project Manager.
- Experience in IGaming, CBD, Crypto, Fintech, or SaaS industries.
- Familiarity with SEO practices.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Pipedrive.
- Highly responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable.
