Lead and manage the Creative Marketing team, including motivation, development, and performance management.
Develop and implement innovative, high-impact creative approaches.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify key directions for ad creatives, growth opportunities, and scaling potential.
Collaborate closely with Product and User Acquisition teams to plan and execute shared goals effectively.
Evaluate creative performance and build strategies to continuously improve results.

2+ years of experience in creative marketing with a solid understanding of how creatives impact performance.
Experience mentoring or managing a team / junior specialists.
A data-driven mindset and strong focus on metrics.
Leadership skills and the ability to inspire, guide, and align a team toward shared goals.
Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
