WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple departments including SEO, Affiliate, Development, and Product teams.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s long-term vision and business goals.
- Driving forward an ongoing organizational structure change.
- Collaborate with HR to enhance workforce management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Manage budgeting and resource allocation to optimize cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.
- Drive initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Proactive self-starter, with proven ability to initiate business changes (you are not likely to be told what exactly you have to do in order to bring value to the unit).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for managing team dynamics and fostering cross-department collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Experienced with project management tools and methodologies.
- Financial acumen to oversee budgeting and cost management.
- Change Management Proficiency: skilled in managing and leading organizational change.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is a plus.
- Experience with building a process from scratch.
