WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and maintain rapport with teams across the company to identify training needs and challenges.
- Design and implement training programs tailored to enhance soft skills and technical knowledge.
- Create engaging e-learning courses and live training sessions that meet the specific needs of IT professionals.
- Manage and execute training programs focused on crucial soft skills development.
- Explore and collaborate with various learning vendors and companies to integrate the best training solutions and materials.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
- Innovate by developing or incorporating business games into learning activities to enhance engagement and retention.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Proven experience as an L&D Project Manager or similar role within an IT or tech-focused environment for 3+ years
- Demonstrable track record of creating and managing successful training programs in both live and e-learning formats
- Strong portfolio of more than 10 personally developed trainings aimed at enhancing soft skills (in Ukrainian, and English)
- Familiarity with a variety of learning vendors and training solutions is a must
- English C1 or higher
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
