Your future responsibilities will include:
- Timely production of custom video creatives;
- Maintain the quality of video creatives at the defined level;
- Actively participate in Brainshtorm, Retro, and other activities aimed at improving the quality of creatives;
- Optimization of video production processes and exploration of new tools;
- Support the project and sound library;
- Monitor and analyze competitors' video creatives.
Skills that will help you excel at these tasks:
- 1+ year of experience as a Motion Designer;
- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Animate, Photoshop;
- Understanding of composition and experience with color correction;
- Experience with Adobe After Effects, Figma, and (AI) Runway (or any other AI tools) – will be a plus;
- Experience with sound design;
- Proactivity, self-organization, and attention to detail;
- Experience working with marketing creatives – will be a plus.
