Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of a team strategy (with the involvement of TLeads/team management).
  • Market, competitor, and customer analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Optimization of team business processes and implementation of new processes where necessary.
  • Experience with various traffic attraction channels and their effective use (PPC, Facebook Ads, UAC, SEO, ASO, and others) is a requirement, not an obligation.
  • Business management based on P&L, development of financial models for new traffic channels and new projects, budget allocation, and profitability control.
  • Team management, including specialists from different fields (analysts, affiliate managers, project managers, CRO specialists, etc.).
  • Hiring and managing employees, working with their motivation, and creating a productive environment.
  • Building marketing funnels and managing their effectiveness.
  • Conversion optimization (CRO), analysis, and implementation of data-based improvements.
  • Participation in key gambling conferences and events to build a network of contacts (networking), attract new partners, and promote the company.

Requirements:

  • Experience in strategic planning from strategy development to implementation.
  • Deep understanding of business processes and their optimization.
  • Ability to analyze the market, competitors, and customers; identify needs.
  • Developed skills in sales, negotiations, and network building.
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to make organizational decisions.
  • Analytical mindset, the ability to work with data and make decisions based on them.
  • Knowledge of various business models.
  • Experience working with financial indicators, budget allocation, and cost management.
  • Knowledge of current marketing tools and the ability to creatively apply them in practice.
  • Experience working with various traffic attraction channels and their effective use (PPC, Facebook Ads, UAC, SEO, ASO, and others).
  • Successful experience managing a team of 7 or more people.
  • English at the upper-intermediate level and above.
  • Sense of humor and the ability to appreciate the memes that your team loves.
