WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Communicate with customers, answer their questions, and provide information about order fulfillment.
- Understand the needs of each customer to build a personal connection and provide quality support.
- Monitor order fulfillment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage a team of freelancers: motivation, control, and support.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- German language proficiency at B2 level.
- Previous experience in sales/customer support (would be an advantage).
- Schedule: Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 Berlin time.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-organized, can do multiple tasks.
