We are looking for a Sales Agent to join us in our Customer Care department!

As a Sales Agent, you will communicate with clients from the US and European countries via chat and phone to assist in buying the best suitable product package for each particular customer.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Onboard our new customers to our product via chat or phone. (Luckily, our customers prefer chatting over phone calls, so you will have only 1-3 phone calls up to 3-5min each during the shift).
  • Negotiate with our customers and use persuasion techniques and charisma to overcome objections while also providing customers with optimal value.
  • Submit and process orders to ensure customers receive the products or services they request on time.
  • Participate in meetings with the Sales Team Lead and other Sales Managers. We will discuss current results and individual and team performance, share experiences, and make some recommendations for our Product/Marketing teams.

WHAT YOU WON’T DO

  • Reach out to potential leads through a variety of channels, such as email, phone, text, and social media, generating leads, cold calling, etc. ←  We have a very skilled marketing team, and you will be working only with “hot” leads and existing customers.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.  ← We have this covered. You will receive a regular update on all the needed data produced by our Data Analytics team.

  • An engaging personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • An enthusiastic, inquisitive, and enterprising attitude.
  • A fast learner who is flexible and copes well under pressure.
  • Experience in B2C Sales is a plus.
