WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Development, coordination and motivation of CW Managers Team.
  • Interview, hire and manage CW Managers.
  • Preparing reports and documentation (team's policies).
  • Metrics control: monitoring, analyzing, and improving metrics of process efficiency and team performance.
  • Supporting and improving the efficiency of processes (at the declared level of quality and speed of services).
  • Communication with SEO teams (reporters).

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • English at C1 level is required.
  • Experience in management, team leadership is a must.
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets (work with reports) will be a big plus.

HOW IT WORKS

1st stage: communication with the recruiter by phone (up to 15 minutes).
2nd stage: interview with TL and recruiter.
3rd stage: test task.
4th stage: recommendation.
5th stage: job offer.
