WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Managing a team of project managers: goals setup, motivation, performance evaluation, and team development.
  • Implementation of optimal development process methodologies.
  • Monitoring of the effectiveness of project management processes and the effectiveness of project teams.
  • Implementation of projects aimed at developing and improving the efficiency of the project management function.
  • Monitoring project teams to meet customer expectations in terms of speed, quality, and cost of development.
  • Control clients’ satisfaction level with development services, creating and implementing solutions to grow this level.
  • Providing the process of budgeting and reporting for project teams.
  • Ensuring processes of cross-functional interaction.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • 3+ years of experience in the management of IT managers' teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members, set direction and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with remote clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Understanding of IT systems, software development, and support services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans for service delivery.
  • Experience in web project management and support.
  • Proficient level of using key sw development methodologies, time management, planning, prioritization, risk, and cost management.
  • Experience in process management using KPI analysis. Practical experience in using Jira & Confluence.
  • Understanding of budgeting and financial management principles.
  • Client-focused mindset.
  • English level: Аdvanced +.
  • Degree in engineering.
