WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Managing a team of project managers: goals setup, motivation, performance evaluation, and team development.
- Implementation of optimal development process methodologies.
- Monitoring of the effectiveness of project management processes and the effectiveness of project teams.
- Implementation of projects aimed at developing and improving the efficiency of the project management function.
- Monitoring project teams to meet customer expectations in terms of speed, quality, and cost of development.
- Control clients’ satisfaction level with development services, creating and implementing solutions to grow this level.
- Providing the process of budgeting and reporting for project teams.
- Ensuring processes of cross-functional interaction.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- 3+ years of experience in the management of IT managers' teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members, set direction and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with remote clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Understanding of IT systems, software development, and support services.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans for service delivery.
- Experience in web project management and support.
- Proficient level of using key sw development methodologies, time management, planning, prioritization, risk, and cost management.
- Experience in process management using KPI analysis. Practical experience in using Jira & Confluence.
- Understanding of budgeting and financial management principles.
- Client-focused mindset.
- English level: Аdvanced +.
- Degree in engineering.
