WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manual email campaigns.
  • Crafting triggered campaigns.
  • CRM strategies: personalization, segmentation.
  • Activation and reactivation users.
  • Strong knowledge about deliverability.
  • Data analytics: performance metrics, behavioral and demographic data.
  • Email template crafting/editing (Drag and Drop App Builder).
  • Contacts base hygiene.
  • Web push, SMS expertise.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • You will be responsible for one or several domains and have freedom of implementing different ideas to increase key product metrics.
  • Build strategy of growth revenue share of email channel and retention in your project.
  • Create and maintain automated multichannel campaigns via email, push, SMS across all the stages of the customer journey.
  • Analyze and report on campaigns, make inferences to improve future performance.
  • Optimize existing flows to improve deliverability, open and click rates, and conversion on the all stages of product funnel.
  • You will take full control and responsibilities of one of our product. You will have a lot of users for testing your hypothesis or ideas.
