As a Research Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in propelling our research and development initiatives for our platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the intricate research processes, adeptly manage day-to-day operations, and craft strategic plans for process improvement and optimization for the team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support a research team.
  • Develop and execute research plans.
  • Organize and facilitate the process of data collection.
  • Participate in the data analysis and write a report based on the research results.
  • Keep research documentation.
  • Organize large data sets into knowledge bases.
  • Participate in the development of research methodology.
  • Conduct desk researches: analysis of competitors, trends, and users’ motivation.
  • Take part in the validation of product hypotheses.
  • Work with other teams for successful product launches and improvements.
  • Use data to guide decision-making and make recommendations on research improvements.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • English Upper-Intermediate or Advanced.
  • 2+ years experience in research management, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Familiarity with research methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets).
  • Ability to research, validate data, and generate solutions using ChatGPT.
