WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support a research team.
- Develop and execute research plans.
- Organize and facilitate the process of data collection.
- Participate in the data analysis and write a report based on the research results.
- Keep research documentation.
- Organize large data sets into knowledge bases.
- Participate in the development of research methodology.
- Conduct desk researches: analysis of competitors, trends, and users’ motivation.
- Take part in the validation of product hypotheses.
- Work with other teams for successful product launches and improvements.
- Use data to guide decision-making and make recommendations on research improvements.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- English Upper-Intermediate or Advanced.
- 2+ years experience in research management, preferably in the tech industry.
- Familiarity with research methodologies.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets).
- Ability to research, validate data, and generate solutions using ChatGPT.
