Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Job Posting and Management: You will shoulder the responsibility of meticulously preparing and publishing job vacancies, ensuring their presentation is not only appealing but irresistibly compelling.
  • Global Talent Acquisition: Your mission is to undertake international searches for specialized professionals, thereby expanding our global talent reservoir.
  • Hunting Top Specialists: In your role as a Specialist Hunter, you will devise proactive strategies to headhunt, identify, engage, and attract top industry specialists, recognizing their exceptional skills and qualifications.
  • Interview Coordination: You will orchestrate and facilitate interviews, maintaining an equitable and structured process, ensuring a superlative candidate experience.
  • Feedback Facilitation: You will possess the expertise to provide constructive insights to our hiring managers concerning candidate performance during interviews.
  • Database Maintenance: Meticulously tending to a comprehensive and organized candidate database via Jira, you will expedite our candidate search process with exceptional efficiency.
  • Niche Expertise: With a profound understanding of candidate profiles within your specific niche, you will stand as a guiding light in this specialized domain.
  • Recruitment Tools Mastery: You will wield essential recruitment tools and platforms, including Djinni, LinkedIn, Otto, Rabota.ua, and Work.ua, with the finesse of a seasoned professional.
  • ICP and Scorecard Implementation: Leveraging your knowledge, you will create Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and employ Scorecards to evaluate candidate qualifications with precision.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiently collecting, analyzing, and presenting recruitment metrics, you will guide strategic decision-making as an analytical luminary.
  • Commitment to Professional Development: Your professional journey will be one of continual learning. Attendance at industry conferences and meetups will keep you well-versed in niche trends, enhancing your stature as a distinguished recruiter.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • Adept in Candidate Sourcing and Assessment: Do you possess the acumen to identify and attract potential candidates through diverse channels? Can you proficiently assess resumes and conduct interviews to unearth the most promising talents?
  • Interviewing: Are you a master of various interviewing techniques, encompassing behavioral and competency-based questions? Can you expertly evaluate candidates while ensuring a seamless interview experience?
  • Data Analytics: Do you harbor the exceptional ability to collect, analyze, and interpret recruitment data and metrics? Can you translate data into actionable insights?
  • Familiarity with ATS Solutions: Are you well-versed in the realm of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)? Can you adeptly navigate recruitment software, overseeing candidate databases and optimizing the hiring process?
  • Market Research: Do you stand as an informed navigator in the realm of market research, consistently staying attuned to industry trends, salary benchmarks, and the broader job market?
