WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Managing designers and copywriters, control their loading, coach and educate designers, review designers’ performance.
- Optimize communication and process in a team and between teams.
- Redesign existing websites and create new products and brands, new tools majority for edu tech. Sometimes for new startups products.
- Producing wireframes, prototypes in low and high fidelity based on the hypothesis and transform them into the design.
- Collaborating with product manager’s team.
- Customer flow optimization from the “Landing page” to the “thank you page”.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Proficiency with UI tools for design and prototyping including Figma, Sketch.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your attention to detail and problem solving capability.
- 3+ years of experience as a Senior Designer.
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer Lead.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing big eCommerce or market place sites, Web tools.
- Understanding of User flow, Funnel optimization, Conversion optimization, product marketing fit, design system.
- Solve user and business problems based on data, best practices, competitive intelligence, trends, innovations instead of your or stakeholder’s opinion. Use insight and research to inform design decisions.
- An ability to communicate effectively with project teams so that your vision and contribution is understood by all and help clients achieve their goals.
- Managing and coaching designers and copywriters.
- Product design mindset.
