Boosta was founded in 2014 and grew from 3 people to 500+ since then. Nevertheless, we managed to save that Boosta-family atmosphere and cozy relationships in teams.
Now we are looking for a Personal Assistant to CEO (Full time or Part time).
— A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
— 1+ years of experience in a similar role (Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant).
— English — at least Upper-Intermediate. German – Fluent.
— You have a license and a car.
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
— Ability to prioritize tasks/objectives with strong organizational, administrative skills.
— Most importantly, candidates must have strong ethical character and have a high attention to detail.
— Personal/Business tasks – 50/50.
— Searching and analyzing different type of information and its structuring.
— Monitor progress of projects.
— Informational support/research.
— Travel scheduling.
— Personal tasks (search for apartments, search for kindergartens and schools, other).
