Middle Product Web Analyst
- We are looking for a persistent and insightful Web Analyst with a strong passion for diving deep into data and optimizing web experiences. In this position, you will work as a part of our product development team. We are building a freelance platform that has an interesting interaction dynamic between customers and executors. It is powered by descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics provided by our team.
- Your primary responsibilities will involve leading Google Analytics strategy and using tools like SQL for data extraction, analysis, and interpretation. Every day you will collaborate with the product managers, developers, and other data analysts to improve our product via data-driven solution-making. You will also engage in conducting A/B tests and contribute to the automation of business processes.

Responsibilities:
- Create and lead web-analytics strategy for our product, ensuring its correctness and value generation.
- Work across different teams, such as analytics, product, dev, and marketing (SEO, PPC) to ensure a unified approach to web analytics.
- Map and analyze customer journeys to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.
- Perform deep-dive analyses and ad hoc research to understand customer behavior, site performance, and product interaction.
- Communicate findings and insights to colleagues through presentations, reports, and dashboards.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests.
- Provide analytical support for product development, from conception through launch.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in web analytics, preferably in e-commerce.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS.
- Proficiency in SQL, Google BigQuery.
- Understanding of product metrics and unit economics.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Measurement Protocol, familiarity with browser dev tools, data layer, and cookies.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about how data can influence business decisions and product development.
- Experience in setting up and analyzing A/B tests and good knowledge of statistics.
- English - Intermediate level.
- Experience with Google Analytics API for advanced data manipulation and integration (would be a plus).
- Experience with BI systems and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio, etc) (would be a plus).
- Basic knowledge of Google Apps Script and Python (would be a plus).
- Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes (would be a plus).
