  • Hello! Boosta is looking for a Middle PR Specialist.
  • The PR specialist in our team is not just a person who makes press releases regularly. We set ambitious goals, and we are looking for a new colleague with an ambitious mindset as well! We aim to appear in Tier-1 media such as Forbes, The New York Times, etc. And it should be a rule, not an exception. If you have initiatives, new ideas, and proposals, we will support them and provide all the necessary resources.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans with strategy, goals, budget, and tactics.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and collaborate on 360° marketing campaigns.
  • Own and manage the production of text content (columns, press releases, brand communication) from ideation to execution, including pitching to Tier-1 media.
  • Analyze and adopt PR best practices, research audience preferences, and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Monitor, analyze, and effectively communicate PR results.
  • Resolve crisis situations and prevent conflicts.
  • Identify and execute non-standard partnership models and content integrations.
  • Act as the company's authorized representative in interviews and other media engagements.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills are crucial for global media interaction.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in PR and communications.
  • Experience working with Tier-1 media and a US target audience.
  • Proactive approach with a knack for innovative PR ideas.
  • Expertise in creating and managing media databases, including contact research and email search services.
  • Proven track record of securing press coverage and building strong journalist relationships.
  • Nice to have: basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Attention to detail and fact-checking to ensure accuracy.
  • Embraces experimentation, acts quickly, and adapts to the situation.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to understand trends and audiences.
