WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Strategize for Success: Design and implement revenue-boosting strategies for our manual email campaigns, turning ideas into impactful results.
  • Automate for Efficiency: Build and refine automated workflows that enhance our customer journey, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Drive Channel Growth: Develop and execute a strategy to increase the revenue share of the email channel, positioning it as a key driver of business success.
  • Engage & Retain: Activate and re-engage our user base with targeted, compelling email content that keeps them connected and loyal to our brand.
  • Innovate & Create: Develop new, high-converting email templates that resonate with our audience and align with our marketing goals.
  • Own Your Channel: Take full ownership of our direct marketing channels, driving strategy, execution, and optimization with autonomy and confidence.
  • Analyze & Optimize: Continuously analyze campaign performance, drawing actionable insights to refine and improve future email marketing efforts.
  • Ensure Deliverability: Build a robust email infrastructure that maximizes deliverability, ensuring our messages reach the right inboxes at the right time.
  • Revenue Focused: Kickstart revenue generation through strategic email campaigns, with a clear plan to multiply returns and drive sustainable growth.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • English Proficiency: Upper-intermediate level or higher.
  • Industry Experience: 2+ years as a CRM/Retention Manager, specifically within the iGaming niche.
  • Customer Lifecycle Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the iGaming customer journey (mandatory) and familiarity with affiliate marketing (a plus).
  • Data Analytics: Proficient in analyzing performance and product metrics to drive decision-making.
  • A/B Testing: Extensive experience in designing and executing A/B tests to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Manual Campaigns: Strong expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing manual email campaigns.
  • Domain Warm-Up: Proven experience in warming up new domains and setting up essential infrastructure for successful email marketing.
  • Cold Emailing: Experienced in crafting and executing cold B2C email strategies.
  • Email Deliverability: Deep understanding of email deliverability best practices, with a focus on maximizing success rates, particularly with Gmail.
  • Automation: Skilled in building automated email campaigns based on CRM events to enhance user engagement.
  • User Activation: Expertise in strategies for activating and reactivating users through targeted email initiatives.
  • Template Creation: Proficient in crafting email templates using drag-and-drop tools for seamless design and deployment.
