As a Lead Marketing Motion Designer, your challenges will include:
- Leading the motion design team end-to-end: mentoring team members, supporting their growth, and building effective team processes.
- Managing operational workflows: structuring processes, maintaining the tool stack, and organizing content archives.
- Building a predictable workload model (weekly/monthly capacity planning) with a focus on increasing the team’s throughput.
- Creating advertising video creatives for performance marketing independently.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with the Graphic Design Lead and Creative Marketing Producer to achieve shared goals.
We are looking for a specialist who:
- Has 2+ years of experience in a lead role and experience managing teams of 2–3+ people.
- Has experience creating advertising creatives for performance marketing.
- Is confident with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Works with AI tools and understands their potential in content production.
- Understands marketing metrics and team performance metrics.
- Has experience with tracking and project management tools such as Notion, Jira, or Asana and knows how to organize workflows using Kanban principles.
- Thinks systematically and can structure the work of a creative team while maintaining organized processes.
- Feels comfortable working in a multitasking and fast-paced environment.
- Has Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
