WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Monitor digital channels about services/products brand reputation.
  • Manage all review content and make necessary steps to reduce its negative influence.
  • Preparing and distributing reputational content.
  • Search for and coordinate freelancers to get more positive reviews.
  • Commenting positively on influential platforms.
  • Social media content distribution.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • 1+ years of experience in PR, Digital Marketing or ORM.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, journalism or a related field would be preferred.
  • Upper-Intermediate level in written English.
  • Copywriting skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SMM.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, reputation management tools (Google Alerts, BuzzSumo, YouScan or similar) would be a plus.
  • Understanding the nuances of Tier 1 markets (USA, Canada, UK) is desired.
