WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Monitor digital channels about services/products brand reputation.
- Manage all review content and make necessary steps to reduce its negative influence.
- Preparing and distributing reputational content.
- Search for and coordinate freelancers to get more positive reviews.
- Commenting positively on influential platforms.
- Social media content distribution.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- 1+ years of experience in PR, Digital Marketing or ORM.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, journalism or a related field would be preferred.
- Upper-Intermediate level in written English.
- Copywriting skills.
- Basic knowledge of SMM.
- Experience with Google Analytics, reputation management tools (Google Alerts, BuzzSumo, YouScan or similar) would be a plus.
- Understanding the nuances of Tier 1 markets (USA, Canada, UK) is desired.
