That’s why we’re looking for an ambitious and proactive Junior Creative Producer to join our team!

Take over the project after the 5th episode of the comic and oversee its ongoing production.
Ensure script quality: compliance with tone, dramaturgy, and story structure.
Coordinate the illustration stages: sketch → lining → color.
Communicate with artists and writers, providing timely feedback.
Manage deadlines and keep production timelines on track.

An understanding of episodic storytelling structures (webtoon/comic format, scripting).
Basic knowledge of frame composition, storyboarding, and visual narrative.
Ability to analyze scripts — conflict, character development, story dynamics.
Basic understanding of the comic creation process: sketch, line, color.
Experience working with Google Docs, Worsecktion/Notion, or other task managers.
Ability to collaborate with creative teams (experience communicating with artists or writers is a plus).
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
Willingness to work with adult content.
Attention to detail – you catch narrative or visual inconsistencies early.
Organization – you keep multiple tasks under control and follow deadlines.
Communication – you're great at building rapport with artists, writers, and managers.
Creative mindset – you're always ready to suggest improvements if something doesn't work in the story or visuals.
Initiative – you’re not afraid to ask questions or find better approaches..
Passion for comics/storytelling – your love for the media helps you better understand the product.
