WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's information security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
- Design and implement security controls and measures to protect the company's networks, systems, and data.
- Monitor and analyze security incidents, conducting investigations as necessary and implementing remedial actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security requirements are integrated into the development lifecycle of our products.
- Develop and deliver security awareness and training programs for employees.
- Liaise with external auditors, customers, and partners on security-related matters.
- Manage relationships with third-party security vendors and consultants.
- Stay abreast of emerging security threats, technologies, and industry trends to make recommendations for enhancements to the company's security posture.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- In-depth knowledge of information security principles, standards, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of network security, encryption technologies, and secure coding practices.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
- Experience in designing and implementing security controls for cloud-based environments.
- Knowledge of incident response procedures and disaster recovery planning.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in the technology industry.
- Ability to analyze complex security issues and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
