Head of Engineering | Honeytech

Currently, we are looking for a Head of Engineering to join our product IT company Honeytech, which is developing a platform in the webcomics industry and producing unique content for it.

Honeytech is a dynamic, fast-growing project that has already become #1 in its niche! Imagine Netflix, but for comics — in just a few years, we’ve gathered over 15 million users, challenged giants from South Korea, and proven that it’s possible to build a world-class product from Ukraine.

Have experience as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, CTO, or Head of Engineering—able to organize team workflows for speed and alignment.
Are well-versed in both frontend and backend development (PHP, Python, Go).
Understand databases (MySQL) and cloud services.
Have a strong grasp of DevOps, QA, and delivery processes, and can communicate fluently across all technical roles.
Have worked with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and know how to make a team highly effective.
Can support, motivate, and help your team grow while maintaining a sharp focus on results.
