WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You'll participate in strategy and up-leveling our Email Marketing function.
- You'll manage a team that maintains all aspects of Email Marketing for a set of domains.
- Create and maintain automated multichannel campaigns via email, push, SMS.
- Analyze and report on campaigns.
- Optimize existing flows.
- Support and develop Email Marketing Infrastructure.
- You'll collaborate with product and development teams to deliver customer-focused engaging campaigns that align with business objectives.
- You'll drive a clear vision of the future of Email Marketing in the company.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Leadership experience (Email, CRM, Retention, Direct marketing spheres), managing at least 4-5 team members.
- You have a solid understanding of Email Marketing principles: data analytics, contacts base hygiene and segmentation, deliverability know-how.
- You are a leader that cares about the well-being of your team and empowers them to make decisions and develop their skills.
- You have experience in building and optimizing efficient Email/Retention processes.
- You combine skills in marketing, product marketing, design and tech.
- You have an excellent ability to present, sell your ideas, and build support.
