The specialist will have a direct impact on the further development of our product and will work closely with the project's CEO on the following tasks:
- User Segmentation and Implementation of product/payment logics based on user country, product usage patterns, etc.
- Localization Leadership: Managing 6 localizations of our product, monitoring their performance, and resolving possible issues.
- Payment Tests: Conducting payment screen tests to increase conversion rates and LTV.
- Email Marketing: Launching initiatives and generating additional revenue.
- Content Consumption and Conversion: Managing platform content to boost payment conversion rates and content consumption metrics, and reducing the Cancel Rate.
To successfully perform the tasks, you will need:
- Experience and Hard Skills: Experience in product management with a focus on product metrics (LTV, conversion, unit economics, retention, rebill rate), hypothesis generation, understanding of payment infrastructure, UI/UX, and a general idea of front-end and back-end tasks.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down problems, understand the relationships between product and marketing metrics, and knowledge of A/B testing mechanics.
- Product Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in a product team.
- Methodology Knowledge: RICE, AARRR, and HADI frameworks.
- Healthy Adventurism: Boldness in decision-making but systematicity in approaches.
- Will be a plus: Knowledge of Tableau, Figma, and basic SQL queries.
