WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create mobile apps from scratch: architecture, logic, and UI
- Examples: document scanners, PDF generators, invoice trackers, checklists, planners, notepads, calculators
- Fix bugs, update frameworks, and optimize performance
- Firebase (analytics, database, push notifications)
- Advertising (AdMob, Facebook Audience Network)
- Payments (in-app purchases, subscriptions)
- Work with Figma designs
- Deliver responsive UI across devices
- Reduce app size
- Improve load speed and animation smoothness
- Profile and resolve bottlenecks
- Write unit and widget tests (if applicable in your team)
- Perform manual testing before releases
- Build and release apps to Google Play and App Store
- Participate in plannings, brainstorms, and async communication via Slack, Notion, Jira
- Propose product improvements
- Take initiative in functionality, UX, or architecture
- Analyze user feedback and app metrics
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Strong experience with Flutter SDK and Dart
- Solid understanding of UIKit and SwiftUI
- Experience building custom UI, animations, and responsive layouts
- Familiarity with Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, Cubit, or similar approaches
- Confident working with REST API and JSON
- Experience with authorization, error handling, caching
- Firestore, Firebase Auth, Firebase Messaging
- Remote Config, Analytics
- Shared Preferences, Hive, SQLite
- Experience with Google Play & App Store release process
- App signing, build flavors, versioning
- Build & deployment via Codemagic, GitHub Actions, or other tools
- AdMob integration, in-app purchases, subscriptions
- Understanding of usability, Material & Cupertino guidelines
- Ability to work with Figma designs
- Git, GitHub/GitLab
- Debugging and performance profiling
