WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support all operational financial issues of the project, necessary to maintain the uninterrupted operation of the business and its growth within the strategy framework.
  • Budget creation, support of the budget approval process, control of budget complition, Actual vs Budget analysis with the preparation of analytical comments and proposals for improving indicators for management.
  • Project's payments preparation and control in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Project's income accounting, implementation of all necessary reconciliations.
  • Work with account receivables, control of indicators.
  • Participation in the launch of new projects, new project's financial modelling.
  • Preparation and analysis of project's management reporting (P&L, BS, CF), preparation of analytical comments and dashboards.
  • Preparation of analytical and presentation materials in support of current and future projects of the company.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Master's degree in Accounting & Audit, Finance, Economics or other related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience on a similar position in IT industry enviroment.
  • Experience and competence in budgeting, preparing financial statements and analyzing financial indicators.
  • Knowledge and experience with accounting software/ ERP systems (1C, BAS, QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Oracle, etc).
  • MC Office (Excel, Google Sheet) on Advanced level.
  • English - Intermediate/ Upper-Intermediate level.
  • Team player wih excellent interpersonal, solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analitycal skills and a problem-solving mindset to succed in a lean, results-driven and fast-paced enviroments, business savvy mindset.
  • Flexibility, readness for multitasking, meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive, result-driven approach.
