- We should note that we are growing and developing very actively. The planned maternity leave period for the specialist we are seeking a replacement for is 6 months. If you perform well during this time, you will have the opportunity to stay with the company permanently and continue your development in internal communications.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Maintain records and perform regular audits of all available branded products.
- Pack and prepare gifts for shipping.
- Collect feedback from employees regarding the gifts.
- Send and receive packages at the post office and through couriers.
- Place orders in online stores (including international ones).
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- Find contractors (primarily for branded product manufacturing, but also for one-time large-scale packaging tasks, etc.).
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Attention to detail, responsibility, diligence, and willingness to perform routine tasks.
- Proactivity and openness to new challenges.
- Preferably, experience with shipping/packing products, inventory management, and related responsibilities.
