WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Management of the operational and commercial activities of the company’s ecosystem.
  • Ensuring the achievement of all planned and economic indicators.
  • Participation in the planning, developing and implementing strategic goals and determining priority areas for the company’s development.
  • Development and control of the effective formation of all directions.
  • Optimization, regulation and implementation of necessary business processes.
  • Solving administrative, financial, legal and personnel issues together with other employees.
  • Assessment of risks and opportunities of the company in the project implementation.
  • Planning, implementation and control of the budget, cost optimization.
  • Planning the company’s growth by indicators: revenue, brand awareness, active players, GGR.
  • Implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Market analysis and development of an improvement strategy.
  • Interaction with C-Level and top management of the company to achieve operational goals.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Previous experience working as COO or CEO for a big international company or a company that was not big but grew rapidly (or 4+ years’ management experience in any of the departments (marketing, support, etc.) is required.
  • Highly organized and commercial thinking.
  • The experience of working with the Western market is a must.
  • Proactive self-starter with proven ability to initiate business changes (you are not likely to be told what you must do to bring value to portfolio companies).
  • Strong business acumen and negotiating skills.
  • Structured thinking and ability to make data-driven business decisions.
  • Sound analytical, problem-solving and commercial instincts and skills — you can crack McKinsey-type of business cases like a pro).
  • Strong self-motivation, autonomy and passion for forward-thinking, with a solid drive to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, risk-taking and define alternatives in resolving issues.
  • Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English.
