Personal assistant/HR Team Assistant

We are looking for a Personal assistant/HR Team Assistant to join our HR team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
– excellent Russian and Ukrainian
– at least Upper Intermediate English
– strong communication and negotiation skills
– minimum of 1-2-year experience as a Personal Assistant
– experience in organization of business trips, traveling, relocation of employees
– time management, planning, prioritization skills
– experience with Confluence or other similar system will be a plus

Responsibilities and Duties:

As an HR Team Assistant, you will have to deal with:
– description and visualization of workflows
– display of micro/macro processes
– creating policies and materials for adaptation
– administrative support of the HR-team in some issues
– administration of working time and micro-processes HRD
– search and analysis of data/HR practices on the Internet
– control of important events, tasks, meetings
– booking and organization of business trips

As a Wiki Administrator, your tasks will comprise:
– Wiki administration
– creation of new users and providing them with the necessary access
– adding new employees (creating a personal page, adding information and photos, welcome video) and deleting if necessary
– adding an employee to the organizational structure of the company and teams (deleting if necessary)
– updating information
– work on the transformation of the Wiki
