We look for an experienced Linkbuilder/Outreach Specialist who will join one of our SEO-teams. We need an ambitious, creative candidate with analytical thinking and a desire to grow professionally.

An Outreach Specialist in our team will be engaged in the following tasks:

– The implementation of link strategies provided by seo-teams

– Constant databases upgrade and the search for new options for building backlinks

– Improving backlink quality using creativity

– The publication of interesting posts on thematic blogs and foreign publishers

– Competitive research and analysis of new types of links

– Steady improvement of the link building process

– Collaboration and communication with different seo-teams

– Gaining and improving knowledge in such SEO-tools as Ahrefs, Similarweb, Semrush, ScreamingFrog, A-Parser.

Hard-skills required

– written English at the Upper-intermediate level

– basic knowledge of link parameters

– basic knowledge of donor parameters for link-building

– experience in building links for the guest post type

– theoretical knowledge in link building and outreach spheres

– understanding the process of finding new sites to host

– experience in working with such SEO tools as Ahrefs, Similarweb, Semrush

– Google Sheets, Excel knowledge

How we interact with suitable candidates

1st Step: a phone interview with a recruiter (up to 30 min)

2nd Step: personal meeting with TL and Hr/recruiter and English test (1 hour)

How your first days in Boosta will look like

  1. Our HRs have developed a cool 2-day adaptation system, which will help you get involved in our company’s culture, traditions and values. Therefore, by the end of the second day, you will be aware of everything about us 🙂
  2. The trial period for this position is 1 month, which will show how well we fit together. Don’t worry – you will have a mentor from the team who will help you quickly adapt to the workflow and introduce you to the team members.
