Customer Success Manager

Currently we are looking for a person who’s willing to care for and love our best customers all around the world.

What we expect:
– 1-2 years in customer success/support.
– Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:
– Answers users’ questions and meets their needs.
– Supports our top customers (holds webinars, DEMOs, surveys).
– Collect feedback, reviews and use cases.
– Maintains our knowledge base and product community.
– Measure and improve customer satisfaction.
