At the moment we have an open position of Billing Specialist. If you are experienced in Customer Care area, heard smth about dispute resolution, and want to try yourself in IT company then this opportunity is for you.
We are looking for a reliable person to perform tasks that will help us monitor our revenues. You will be responsible for keeping track of money owed to us by customers, preparing necessary documentation and updating system records.
– Good command of English (both written and spoken);
– Customer-oriented and responsible attitude;
– Being able to handle night shifts;
– Ability to learn fast (we will teach you everything)
Good to have (but not mandatory):
– Experience in Customer Support positions or participation in FLEX Alumni, Work & Travel, AIESEC, and other programs would be a huge plus
1) Сommunication with the clients regarding the details of their payments via chats and phone calls;
2) Identifying inconsistencies in payment details and verifying payments;
3) Helping clients in solving billing issues;
4) Handling payment disputes;
5) Analyzing the current system and suggesting ways of its development and optimization.
