Billing Customer Support Specialist

Currently, we need a responsible Billing Specialist with great written English, refined interpersonal skills, and the desire to learn and evolve in the IT sector.

Necessary Skills:
– Upper-Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken);
–  ability to learn fast (we will teach you everything)
–  attentive to details;
–  have negotiation skills and customer service orientation;
–  be ready to constantly learn new things

Good to have (but not mandatory):
– experience in Customer Support positions or participation in FLEX Alumni, Work & Travel, AIESEC, and other programs would be a huge plus

Responsibilities:
– communication with the clients regarding the details of their payments via chats and phone calls;
– identifying inconsistencies in payment details and verifying payments;
– helping clients in solving billing issues;
– handling payment disputes;
– analyzing the current system and suggesting ways of its development and optimization.
