WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Conduct in-depth analysis and audits of the deals/offers to identify conversion bottlenecks.
- Implement UX/UI improvements of the deals/offers tables (& cards) to increase user engagement and conversion rates.
- Execute testing of the deals/offers, including layout, position, calls to action (CTAs), and promotional offers, define a unique selling point for every deal/offer to improve conversion rates and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement CRO strategies tailored to the interests and behaviors of users, including segmentation techniques (traffic categories, geo, etc).
- Keep the deals/offers and referral links on top traffic pages up-to-date.
- Find effective business models to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with content creators to refine and optimize the presentation of reviews, ratings, and comparison features to increase clarity and user trust.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor user behavior funnels, with a focus on tracking conversion paths, exit points, engagement metrics, and revenue.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as impressions, 2click rates, sign-up rates, revenue, and engagement levels to stakeholders and use insights to inform ongoing optimization efforts.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in the industry, including regulatory changes, to ensure that the platform remains compliant.
- Find a profitable business model for cooperation with new brands.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Expertise in using web analytics and user behavior analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc).
- Strong understanding of the online casino industry, including player behavior, preferences, and compliance issues.
- Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, preferably within the online gambling, casino, or gaming sectors.
- Technical skills (understanding the technology and platforms used in affiliate marketing, such as affiliate networks, tracking software, etc).
- User Experience knowledge.
- A creative data-driven approach to optimization challenges.
- Experience with testing tools and methodologies.
- Copywriting skills for work with deals/offers content is a plus.
- Experience with a popular open-source content management system (CMS) is a plus.
